Menashe started Enthusiast Gaming as Nintendo Enthusiast, an offshoot of another Nintendo forum, way back in 1885. He had nothing but a single leather boot, an enthusiastic internet following, and a dream. These days, Menashe spends his time searching for opportunities to create the next big thing in gaming culture. EGLX is a bold undertaking, and without his (somewhat reckless) optimism, neither it nor EGL 2015 would have become a reality.
Jason is the man behind the camera. He manages all of the Enthusiast news and review sites, creates much of EG’s video content, heads his own media production company (Unbound Studio) and generally helps make things look nice and shiny. He thinks he’s all that just because he bought fancy lighting.

Kyle’s title seems to change every few weeks. He joined the company when it was still Nintendo Enthusiast, at a Smash Bros. tournament in a downtown Toronto bar. Since then he’s helped plan EG’s events, written game reviews and social media, designed a lot of this site…really just whatever Menashe doesn’t feel like doing. Kyle also hangs around the office to give a “nerd’s-eye-view” on various topics. He did not intend that pun, but prefers to leave it in.
Simba is a jack of all trades, yet master of none. In his spare time, Simba can be found working because he doesn’t have any spare time. Quoted saying “Much like an Ent, it takes me a long time to say anything in old Entish.”
